Family of 4 in desperate need of housing

Family of 4 needs housing immediately. Children are 17 and 10. Family has been living separate for 3 months. Wife and kids in a shelter and I in a tent. I work at Northwest Cosmetics but am missing too much work because of the situation. Living in a tent is taking a toll on me. I m diabetic and my wife has crohns diceace.we both smoke but never inside. My son is in 12th grade and my daughter is in 5th grade. Someone Please help us come back together as a family.
