SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading developing managing and executing all aspects for maintenance with customers suppliers and employees.RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver all key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives for the Maintenance department Supervise the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program working within the Work Order system and supervising the overall day-to-day activities of the Maintenance department Develop maintain and continuously improve on all standard operating procedures as they relate to our maintenance programs (predictive and preventative) to meet all company and customer requirements Evaluate the performance of direct reports against their job requirements and performance goals Partner with corporate office on programs and best practices QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising and leading a maintenance department in a manufacturing environment required Demonstrated proficiency in a multi-craft environment required Continuous Improvement experience required Degree in business or a technical-related field preferred PLC programming experience preferred Experience with EAM and SAP preferred MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
