Central Valley Training Center Inc is looking for a Program Director to provide leadership and management to all aspects of our Behavioral Day Program and Non-Public Agency for adults with developmental disabilities in Modesto. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to communicate lead provide customer satisfaction network and build relationships maintain fiscal responsibility develop company culture and facilitate change. Required Qualifications BA BS Degree with 3 years of relevant management experience Valid California Driver s License good driving record valid automobile insurance must meet California Community Care Licensing personnel standards including Department of Justice background check.
