Trying to put a smile on my toddler daughters face.

Hi my name is Kenya & I reside in the Chicagoland area. We are a loving family of 4 in search of a lovable furry cutie to love. My 4 year old has a passion for small dogs & has been crying lately for a doggy. I am just interested in a free or low price SMALL DOG (Shih Tzu tea cup or poodle maltese etc.) that is young & housebroken. And a dog possiblally with papers. We live in a home with a fenced in yard. I work for the railroad & my husband is a officer so our new family addition will be well taken care of.
