Position overview JOB SUMMARY The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for the direct supervision of the teammates assigned and to foster the individual capabilities of each team player to maximize the contributions of each person as well as the combined team results. The Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for establishing the multi-year vision for the assigned commodity team taking into account input from the internal customers purchasing goals risk future growth plans and broader supply chain strategy. 1. Supervise coach and motivate direct reports to successfully perform position qualifications to meet exceed goals and objectives. 2.
