Guardian Insurance Agency is expanding our Agency by hiring remote Property and Casualty Insurance Agents to work from their home office. You will be required to network on a daily basis to find clients. You must be licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance but it will also help if you are licensed in Life and or Health Insurance for cross selling opportunities. We are a full service agency with offices located in Louisville KY and Ashland KY. We do Home Auto and Life Insurance along with Health Dental Vision Annuities Self Employed 401k Commercial Liability Commercial Auto Workers Compensation Group Health Group Life Group Dental Vision 401k and Supplemental Policies. We are 80 Agents strong and looking to branch out with remote Agents. Our website if you are interested is guardianagency.net . We are very strong in P& C and looking for someone who can work full or part time. If you are part time we do require at least 15 - 20 hours per week. You will receive a base salary (Draw) and commission paid on the 1st and 15th of each month. The base salary consists of a Draw in the amount of 250 per week paid twice per month. Your Draw begins after you have written your first 40 policies. Example If you write a Home and Auto policy for one family that is 2 policies. If you write Home and Auto on each account then you only need 20 accounts to hit your first 40 policies. Once you achieve your first 40 policies you will need to write 20 policies per month in order to keep your draw. That s an average of 5 policies per week which is less than 3 customers per week if you write the home and automobile together. YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR OWN ERRORS AND OMMISSIONS (E& O which is Insurance Agent Liability) Insurance Policy so please be aware of that beforehand. Our Current Commission Structure Home and Auto 8% (You receive 8% of the entire full 6 or 12 month policy which equals to an 80% Split of what the Agency is making because we only make 10%) Home and Auto Renewals 5% (After your first 6 months you will start to receive renewals every month Life and Health Up to 55% split All Other Products Up to 50% Split All Other products include 401k Annuities All commercial products etc. Anything that is not Auto Home Life and Health falls under other products. Renewals on other products 10% Split Example Life insurance commission 100 per month premium 470 average commission. Most of our carriers pay 95% on a 9 month advance for life insurance. We are paying for your software rating software management system training as well as some of your marketing and lead costs for P& C etc. With us you also have the ability to work remotely from home and set your own hours and make your own lifestyle.
