Wanted Great Pyrenees Puppy or young dog

I have PTSD and just lost my PTSD dog who was a wonderful Great Pyrenees. I would also consider a Burmese Mtn Dog or a Collie mix as long as they re laid back enough to be around lots of people in stores and learn to ignore them. I would like to get a dog young enough to train to be a PTSD dog to accompany me everywhere in stores and restaraunts. Gentle. I live in the country so he she would have lots of room to run.
