Position Responsibilities Cleaning condominium units. Reporting any maintenance deficiencies found in the units. Responding to and reporting any quest request or complaints. Maintaining confidentiality and security of all guest units. Abiding by the hotel rules and regulations. Performing other job related duties assigned by a supervisor or manager. Speaking with guests and co-workers in a pleasant manner. Working in a team environment with minimum supervision. Handling multiple tasks by prioritizing and focusing on detail with follow through. Able to grasp lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds from ground to waist. Able to push pull a cleaning cart weighing up to 200 pounds to and from housekeeping stations. Must perform tasks requiring bending stooping kneeling squatting and walking distances on the property. Have previous experience and or the ability to learn and perform assigned duties to the hotel s established standards of cleanliness while following appropriate health and safety guidelines. Position Qualifications High diploma or equivalent additional experience. Customer services skills. Communication skills in the English language (written and oral). High level of organization and attention to detail. Basic computer knowledge including spreadsheets documents and software.
