We are not looking for wayfarers drifting from gig-to-gig we are looking for it factor professionals. Mature seasoned goal oriented individuals with a proven skill-set and track record for the outbound one-call-close. If you can and can sell yourself to our Director of Sales once chosen you will become part of an elite team of solutions providers in the SEO Peripheral Marketing field. We are looking for solid outside sales professionals who are seeking to find that one merit-based opportunity that can reward them for what they put into it with no smoke and mirrors -- without putting you through a gauntlet. YOUR ROLE - Reports directly to the Director of Sales and other key personnel. - Canvases targeted area as provided by the SD for potential clients. - Identify yourself to the business owner or decision maker regarding our services. - Depose the prospect for their needs in a consultative way present our solutions. - Identify the right solution fit from our services -- offer and close the customer. - Introduce customer to our post-sale support welcoming and assuring the customer. - Get paid up to 40% commission for a job well done. OUR EXPECTATIONS - Be a respectable ambassador for our brand (for the most selfish reasons) yourself. - Be presentable this is a business casual environment acceptable dress is a Dress shirt & slacks for men. Dress appropriate skirt and dress shirt for women. - Be hygienic and orderly in appearance - go figure We have to put that out there. - An excellent communicator fluent in English (grammatically) and Spanish (helpful) - There are production goals -- they will be discussed if you are selected for interview. - Punctual and driven. COMPENSATION As alluded to under your role as a Business Development Advisor you have the ability to earn on spiffs and up to 40% commission when you sell our products to customers you meet. You re paid 40% because we are not providing the prospects you are cold one-call-close. Look sharp and properly use the materials and training you are provided to close. That is the reason we are compensating you more on the sale because we are not paying for the leads -- you re creative them otherwise we d just have a call center apparatus - that is not our model -- now here s what we offer. This job should be paying you 70k - 80k for what you bring to the table based on the way the program is designed - we don t do pie-in-the-sky smoke-and-mirrors here income schemes here - we tell you what you should be able to make with reasonble effort.
