If you are experienced working in the customer service environment (hospitality retail etc.) where Customer Engagement was essential- this is the job for you. ODS is searching for someone with working experience in customer service & associated training. You will be out front with customers and employees to provide a visible security presence while creating a pleasant experience for customers. We are hiring for a Customer Engagement Officer Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for the purpose of public interaction and report writing. Neat and professional appearance. Has a friendly and professional demeanor and provides quality customer service. Must be able to pass any state required training or other qualifications for licensing. Good working knowledge of security operations safety practices in a business environment and enforcement of procedures. Must be able to provide upon conditional job offer a DD214 discharge document with discharge status indicated if prior military. Other requirements Applicant must have appropriate level of physical well-being that will allow them to perform the following activities stand and or walk for 6-8 hours at a time lift and carry items ranging from 25-50 pounds. The applicant must also be able to cope with mental and emotional stress that could occur from job related duties.
