We are looking to help men that want to help themselves this is a drug free Apartment and it is a place where if you want a new start and can afford 400 a month includes water gas electric only there is no cable tv or a c included if you want a a c unit that requires a additional 50 dollars a month weither you use it 1 day or 30 days its 50 dollars. This is not a half way house and you are required to want to do the right things. NO PEOPLE ALOUD IN THE HOME AT ANY TIME IF THEY ARENT RENTING IT. NO DRINKING OR DRUGGING AT ANY TIME EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT AT THE HOUSE. RENT MUST BE PAID ON TIME OR YOU WILL LEAVE THAT DAY. UNLESS DISCUSSED PRIOR CALL MIKE AT (412)420-4854
