We are seeking a qualified full-time Property Manager for our fast paced business. Bilingual a requirement experience in apartments multifamily housing or retail a plus. Candidates must have valid DL. 12-20 per hour DOE plus commissions and benefits. Under the direction of the owner and CPA the primary function is providing competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of both the communities as well as their employees while maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the communities. Candidates applying are required to have 2-5 years of related experience in property management retail hospitality and or manufactured home management. -CAM license a plus but not a requirement. -Knowledge of financials customer retention and human resources a must. -Sales experience preferred. -Must be flexible willing to work Saturdays and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
