Dacon is currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our pre-construction team. We are seeking a candidate who is thorough efficient creative and above all passionate about providing excellent client service. The Project Planner is part of the pre-construction team that works with prospective clients to determine and document the client s facility requirements. The Project Planner coordinates the activities of the architect consultants subcontractors town officials and the client s team in the development of a design build project. The role requires client interface proposal writing and cost estimating. Candidates for the position must be experienced in developing building projects from concept to construction have excellent communication skills have a working knowledge of commercial building systems and have some experience in cost estimating for construction. We are looking for an individual with 5 10 years of experience in architecture engineering and construction management with a degree from an accredited university.
