Community Enrollment Specialist Bilingual (Tucson)

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson is seeking an enthusiastic self-motivated Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist. This position oversees the processing tracking and scheduling of all volunteer and child applications. Responsibilities also include volunteer reference calls running background checks and communicating program guidelines and requirements to all prospective volunteers and parent guardians. Experience in Microsoft Office required especially Excel and Outlook. Experience in database management is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse populations be detail oriented and well organized and have the ability to work independently and proactively. Work experience in social services education and or a nonprofit organization is a plus. 40 hours a week M-F with occasional weekend and evening work. Excellent benefits. Bachelor s degree required.
