Electric Motor Winder Technician Inspect and test electric motors for damage and electrical malfunctions Test conditions of windings Take data and document existing damage Disassemble equipment and stip windings Rewind motors single phase three phase DC fields armatures wound rotors etc. Conduct Tests on rewound equipment based on EASA Standards and or customer specifications Operate various shop equipment burnout and bake ovens cranes test panels surge testers core loss testers forklifts VPI Tanks etc. Mechancial apptitude necessary Experience for 3-5 years
