Supervision of reception events such as showing couples how to cut the cake adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert couple of upcoming events so that the couple may relax and enjoy wedding The wedding coordinator will keep marriage license and miscellaneous items for wedding couple. Discussion of theme color style and complete wedding design to include what guests will see hear and taste. Vendor referrals price negotiation and 8hrs event coverage Travel fees may apply if the ceremony and reception are at separate venues.
