Position will be responsible for 15-20 sites for our various retail and or commericial customers. Must insure that all locations meet or exceed the expectations of our clients at all times and have the ability to keep both clients and employees satisfied. Must have the ability to adhere to operating budgets manage multiple job sites hire train and develop employees. 24 7 accessibility to site issues bilingual English Spanish a plus Janitorial Management experience (stripping waxing carpet etc.) reliable transportation and a valid driver s license a must.
