Muscle tension can lead to pain and possible future injury. Massage therapy is proven to help reduce stress levels. It helps the body transition from a fight or flight state to that of relaxation. Moderately high blood pressure can decrease and massage can also help those suffering from sleep disorders. My name is Scott and I offer therapeutic massage either in my home office or as a mobile service in your office home or room. By listening to your needs and making observations we can develop goals for a massage session that is stylized to meet your therapeutic need. Sessions may consist of strokes with light to moderate pressure stretching deep tissue techniques to help release tense muscle groups or a combination of all of these.
