Self-Determination Assistant

Seeking an energetic talented and motivated individual to serve as a Self-Determination Assitant. Responsabilities includ helping an individual at a volunteer site participating in recreation activities educating an individual about the job market and planning a weekly schedule. Qualifications must be available for day time hours (like 10am-2pm) must be 21 years old must have a high school diploma GED must have a valid and clean NYS Driver s license (mileage reimbursement is available) and must pass a background check and be eligible for OPWDD employment.
