We seek candidates who are customer focused wanting to learn dental education clinic processes and will enjoy helping customers with their appointment needs. The ideal candidates are self-motivated innovative disciplined and skilled in planning and prioritizing. We require strong communication skills (oral and written superb telephone skills are a must) and must be highly effective utilizing computer technology. Previous dental clinic and communication industry experience is a plus. Requirements High School diploma or GED and 30 months experience minimum of 18 months experience in a clinical environment and 12 months experience in a customer service role. Will accept an equivalent combination of training and experience. Skills Clinical experience as well as customer service skills.
