Do you enjoy working with children Do you love to draw Young Rembrandts is a national award-winning after school drawing program. Our innovative step-by-step process teaches children basic drawing techniques. The curriculum encourages children to express their imaginations while improving motor skills patience focus and ability to stay on task.Young Rembrandts is seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates who have experience working with children who have had the responsibility for motivating groups of children and guiding their behavior. College level drawing experience is preferred. Young Rembrandts will train qualified Instructors in the Young Rembrandts methodology and teaching technique and are provided all lessons supplies and materials. Young Rembrandts offers classes in public and private schools at the end of the regular school day as well as in park districts and preschools. As a Young Rembrandts Instructor you must be available to teach a minimum of 2-3 one-hour classes in the afternoon each week. Instructors are assigned to schools and stay with the same school throughout the term. Additional job requirements Your own transportation Valid Driver s License Proof of auto insurance Please note that this is a VERY part-time position approximately 3 hours per week.
