Looking for a partner

I have a 40 acre farm in Michigan s beautiful Northwest (60 miles North of Traverse City). Since the economic downturn I have been forced to work on the road as a contractor decommissioning Nuclear Power Plants. We purchased our farm in 1987 and since that time have used no pesticides or herbicides. We have raised sheep cattle horses chickens and dairy goats. Since I went on the road in 2009 the land has sat idle. I am looking for someone with some capital and experience in organic farming to help start up. The soil is very good and there are several farm markets within close range of the farm. I have most of the farm equipment machinery necessary.
