You will be getting a nice clean 10x10 furnished room with lots of closet space drawers desk and single bed. Youll also have kitchen priviledges and the bathroom is shared. thiers also a nice quite back yard to relax in or if your an outside smoker. Thiers also laundry facilitys in the park. Thier is no cable TV hookup but do offer free hookup for your internet I will also furnish a 19 in. TV and dvd player if youd like. thier is also no phone in the home so you will need your own phone. The room is available now rent is 300 month 50 non-refundable deposit and 40 to the park for background check which if you qualify I will refund you half of the background check charge. The room will rent on a month to month basis for the first 3 months then you may have the option to stay longer.
