I do weekly and bi-weekly maintenance on all types of swimming pools. Nearly 15 years experience and expert knowledge on all aspects of pool water chemistry. My maintenance service is usually 50.00 for up to 1 hour. If you live in a more secluded area that takes longer to drive to the base rate for up to an hour is 60.00. I do an extensive service including -Vacuuming pool-Emptying all baskets automatic cleaner bags or filters-Backwashing Rinsing Sand Filters Cleaning filter cartridges if needed Backwashing Rinsing Re-charging D.E. Filters if needed (Cleaning of cartridges will usually bring total time over 1 hour which would be additional charge [ 10.00 per each additional 15 minutes over an hour]).-Testing of pool water chemistry and adjustment to get your pool water as close to perfect as possible chemistry wise-Brushing the pool and tiles if necessary hand scrubbing the tiles with tile cleaner and sponge if needed (additional charge may apply for scrubbing tile with sponge).-Thoroughly skimming top surface of pool water with skimmer netPlease respond to this listing by e-mailing B& GPoolandSpa(at)gmail.com if you are interested in my services.
