i am a single mother of 4 children 16 14 11 10.im searching for a rental home to rent in south bend indiana area.i have income so paying rent wont be an issue.my ex hasnt payed his child support in 5 yrs and has forced me to be homeless.im looking for a very low deposit do to being on a fixed income.i will do minor repairs to home in exchange of deposit.thank you please help me and my family.
