Hi everyone I m looking for a roommate to join me in my new apartment I m moving into a 2bed 2bath unit at Rockrimmon on Sept. 5th. The unit is brand new and we are the first to be moving in. You would have your own private bath and walk-in closet. Rent is 630 a month for your share plus utilities which should be around 100-120 total (50-60 bucks per person). My lease is for 12 months I d ideally like someone who can stay that long but we can discuss if you re looking for something shorter. I ve taken care of the deposit so all you need is to pay the first months rent to move in.I am a 28 year old working professional guy I work full time during the week and looking for someone who is similar to me (guy or girl). I m not much of a partier but do enjoy the occasional drinks every so often usually on the weekends. I m moving from Denver I currently live downtown but have to relocate to the springs for an awesome job offer that I couldn t refuse so I unfortunately have to give up the city life at the moment. But since I m in a relationship I ll likely be up in Denver frequently on the weekends. I m hoping to find a roommate who is sociable I d like to be able to interact and occasionally go out as friends when time permits but I m also respectful of people s space and privacy too. I m also clean and tidy I pick up after myself and keep everything organized however I m not an OCD cleaner or a neat-freak either.If all of this sounds like you then we d probably be a good fit.
