Memory Care Alzheimer s and dementia clients May need some assistance to help with day to day activities supervision and guidance for a mostly independent living environment. We are a small Personal Care home here in the NW side of San Antonio in operation since 2001. Located near Babcock and De Zavala off Spring Time. Currently we only facilitate up to 3 clients so that they may receive the best personal care possible from our staff. We pride ourselves knowing that each person taken care of feels like they are part of our family and not going through the aging process alone. It is our way to give back to those who had taken care of us. Some of the things that we have to offer at our home is a CNA on staff 24 hr Doctor on call medications are delivered to the home through MediRx Central HVAC Large dining area where we provide each meal catered to clients individual requests a Craft Game area Gardening area and massage therapy. We also offer cable television laundry service general house keeping Assist with everyday tasks like bathing dressing and meals Management and monitoring of health care conditions as well as Long-term custodial care and monitoring of medications.
