Property Maintenance Assistant

-Must be Knowledgeable in apartment maintenance able to work alone and follow directions. -Must have own tools and reliable transportation and able to drive between complexes. -Must be physically capable of performing all aspects of position such as but not limited to lifting climbing a ladder and working in small confined areas. - Must be timely in all aspects of work. - Must have light plumbing experience. - Hvac and electrical experience not required. Responsibilities would be as follows -Complete routine maintenance. -Timely completion of turns and make readies. -Drywall repair and prepping of all areas for paint. - Keep the grounds free of trash and debris. - Keep the grounds free of weeds and be able to trim hedges and bushes as needed. -Maintain good communication with staff. -Always Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with staff and tenants. -Perform any other task as deemed necessary by management. -Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. -Must have a professional appearance.
