Pipe BrazerHVAC Assembler

Responsible for the overall setup and operation of brazing applications and piping by performing the duties outlined below. Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines. Regulates flow of gases for proper mixture. Cleans parts to remove contamination prior to brazing. Sets up and operates all phases of brazing applications using clamps fixtures and torches working to specified tolerances. Sets up joins or fabricates parts working with blueprints sketches or verbal orders. Follows blueprints to meet product specifications and maintain tight tolerances. Assists in scheduling workload and recommends tooling needs to save time. Moves material with appropriate equipment throughout the work area a needed. Assists management in recommending tooling needs. Completes standard job sheets for each job. Maintains tools gauges and equipment in a clean orderly and safe manner. Complies with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations including wearing personal protective clothing and equipment.
