2012 39 ft rv bumper pull this is a 39 ft park model trailer it is in new condition the rv has two bedrooms one in the front of the rv one in the rear the front bedroom has a twin bed with a bunk built over it both beds can sleep one adult each or a couple of kids per bed there is two closets with drawer space and a shelf to put a tv on and two windows the living room is next with lots of room there is a large push-out with a full size sofa and a table with four chairs there is an entertainment center as we ll with a 32 in flat screen tv on its own tv stand that go s with the rv as we ll there is plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking a full size cooking range with a house size fridge and plenty of cupboards there is also a 20 gallon hot water heater so u never run out of hot water the bathroom has a full size tub with shower there is also a large closet that is washer dryer ready the second bedroom sits in the rear of the trailer and has a queen size walk around bed with two closets with plenty of cupboard space over the bed there is storage underneath the bed as we ll the rv is tri axle it has radius tinted windows a large central air and a furnace with ducted heat this trailer can be delivered and setup you can reach me by calling my cell at 513-257-4925 or email me at normile3(at)live.com ask for Winnie
