General contractor seeking Associates that would like the opportunity to be Independent Contractors but do not have a License Insurance orFinancing needed to be a contractor. The Associates that we are seeking are people that have the ability to market estimate and manage their own construction projects. The ideal candidate is a person that is semi-retired or retired and over the years has built a client base that he or she would like to continue doing business with as an Independent Contractor. We have been a licensed general contractor in the Southern California area for over 35 years. We will furnish all the necessary tools such as office support staff license insurance and financing. We will set up a profit sharing agreement that we both will be happy with. These associates would be totally Independent Contractors 1099 employee s working from home or our office.
