Financial Management Assistant Exciting part-time permanent opportunity Bloomington Minnesota location Webb Financial Group is growing We have an exciting new position for a part-time Financial Management Assistant to join our firm. The role provides financial management assistant support to the advisors in our firm located in the Wells Fargo Plaza in Bloomington Minnesota. This challenging position would suit a candidate with a can do attitude self motivated with great communication skills (both verbal and written) has an eye for detail is well organized has a willingness to learn professional approach and can work independently without a lot of guidance. The essential functions in this position include 50% Client Management Assistant Trading Marketing Client events Preparing for client meetings Assist in compliance administration Other duties and special projects as assigned 50% General Office Operational office support activities Completing forms Tracking pending business paperwork Client brokerage firm calls and follow-up responses Preparing correspondence and reports The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications Prefer minimum of 3 years administrative support with a financial services firm Prefer experience with executing stock trades High school degree or higher Prefer post-secondary education in business computers or office management Highly proficient in MS Word Excel and Power Point Experience with Morningstar Office MoneyGuide Pro and Tamarac software a plus Ability to learn new software This position is for 20-25 hours per week working 3-4 days per week for 6-7 hours per day.
