Crisis Intervention Screener LSW (CCC)

Family Service of Northwest Ohio Four County Family Center is looking for a LSW to work part-time nights and weekends as a screener for our Comprehensive Crisis Care Mental Health facility. The screener provides emergency mental health services crisis intervention mental health assessments and information & referral assistance to individuals within the service area. This position is responsive to the needs of clients families referral sources and others in the community. Applicants must be at least 21 pass background check & post offer pre-employment drug screen have a valid driver s license acceptable BMV report dependable transportation and proof of auto insurance. Minimum of Bachelor s Degree in related field and LSW required.
