This is a 2nd or 3rd shift opportunity. RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule maintain and approve work hours on a daily basis Review production orders and scheduled delivery dates to plan department operations Review production and operating reports to resolve operational manufacturing and maintenance problems Resolve employee complaints and coordinate with HR team members as needed in the resolution process Handle all disciplinary actions disputes training and performance evaluations for employees Maintain a 5S environment Follow GMPs and all safety health and environmental regulations QUALIFICATIONS Associate s degree in business or a related field 3 years of experience supervising a team of 20 or more in a manufacturing environment Lean manufacturing and or continuous improvement experience Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
