Skills required A valid Boston license. Must have proficient computer skills experience with salon scheduling Software. Extensive knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within the cosmetology industry and salon operations. Be committed to excellent customer service. Confident in blowouts and tool styling. Confident in meeting goals and expectations. Be a great team player Responsibilities Providing consistently amazing blowouts & styling according to Styleout techniques Provide consultation on products we use at the salon and general hair care. Build clientele Follow the Styleout Employee Manual and all Styleout procedures. Front desk coverage when needed includes answering phones scheduling and checking out clients. Light cleaning and organizing duties overseeing all required operational areas while adhering to the company mission vision and values. Help the Salon in sales of products. Maintain relationships and communication with other Styleout Employees.
