Busy professional and independant insurance agency is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative for an IMMEDIATE opening in our Towson MD office. CURRENT PROPERTY & CASUALTY LICENSE IN MARYLAND IS A MUST All applicants must also have some experience in a Personal Insurance OR Commercial Insurance setting. The position will require direct contact with all of our customers and insurance company representatives. Duties will include but are not limited to 1. Quoting New Business 2. Processing Renewals 3. Processing Endorsements and all Daily Correspondence 4. Taking Claim Information 5. FR-19 requests 6. Billing Invoicing 7.
