NOW HIRING Assistant General Manager for a Busy Off campus Student Housing Community in Central Austin Tx. Job description The Ballpark at Austin is seeking a strong Assistant General Manager to help manage the overall day-to-day operations of our 768 beds 282 units. Ideal candidate will have Minimum of 1-5 years experience in Multi-family or Student Housing. Some Management experience as a Leasing Manager Asst GM or AR Manager. Strong Leadership Skills. A high comfort level with shifting timetables and assorted duties. The ability to manage the myriad of different property-wide duties this position entails. Effective time management skills. Ability to problem solve. Strong understanding of management systems.
