Master Fit Developing The Whole Person Master Fit was developed out of over twenty-five years of training and coaching individuals in all aspects of life. Let me tell you my story I served in the U. S. Army for 15 years where I trained hundreds of soldier in fitness exercise. I was the remedial training officer in my unit in which I work to bring soldier into compliance with the physical and height weight standards of the US Army. I also managed the base fitness center. I have served in ministry for almost 20 years for the last twelve years as a Pastor. So I have a wealth of knowledge of fitness training diet mental devotion and motivation tools that s necessary for you to be successful in meeting your goals. Let me tell you a little more after leaving the military I was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic my weight had gone up and for about 12 years I was on medication to treat diabetes high blood pressure and cholesterol. Simply state I was a mess. I began to employ the tools I learned through my years as a Pastor and what I learned through my years in the service. I have now developed a life tool that will not only get you to your fitness and health goals but will transform you so you never revert back to the old things that held you down. Today I am in the best shape of my life I am off all those toxic medicines my doctor is amazed my family is thrilled and I am happier than I ever been. Master Fit is a three tier approach that I used to developed the whole person that your health goals can not only be realized but maintained.
