Office Manager Healthcare Provider Network Position requires performance of a wide range of administrative and supportive duties and special projects. Individual must be highly motivated organized proactive and able to work independently. The day to day activities require someone who can multi-task and remain focused on accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential. Position requires daily interaction with healthcare providers and insurance company representatives. Being able to work in a collaborative manner and professionalism are essential. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to Complete Provider credentialing and insurance applications. Record keeping of document status file track update and organize. Design and implement office procedures that effectively meet changing needs. Track Provider invoice payments. Answer phones and respond to requests. Arrange meetings maintain schedules and reminders. Maintain general office functions ordering of supplies and proper functioning of equipment. Perform general administrative duties answer phones and emails coordinate provider and payer mailings scanning copying faxing of documents. Education and Skills College degree Proficient in all computer skills wood processing spreadsheet creation and email At least five years of prior office experience is required Health insurance experience a plus
