Family of 3 needs 3 bedroom in Vermilion

I am a single mother of a 14 year old boy and 5 year old girl who are looking for a bigger place but would like to stay in Vermilion. I am currently in a 2 bedroom and our lease is up Nov 1 2014. We would prefer a single house but am willing to live in a duplex or townhouse. We have a fixed declawed 6 year old cat also. We are a very quiet family with no evictions or past landlord problems. We do not smoke drink or do drugs. We have never had problems with police presence or childrens services. I am looking to pay no more than 750 month if I have to pay all utilities. If some or all of the utilities are included in the rent I am willing to pay more. Please contact me if this sounds like anything you have or know about. Thanks
