Cystic fibrosis family looking for new home ASAP

Good morning my family is looking for a 5 bedroom 2 bath home in the NE minneapolis area that has water power heat all included or has some of them paid for I have cystic fibrosis as many other members are handicap as well we have been looking for a new home for some time now and are ready to move on we would really like to stay in NE minneapolis or close to the area because of my medical team and church is here as well if we would have to move out of the area we would have to restart looking for medical team and other suppliers so please if you have a home in these above areas and you would like to help out a wonderful family then please contact us as soon as possible at 612-282-1211 or fightcf(at)yahoo.com thanks so much for anyones help that you may be able to provide in advance Thanks
