room for rent

I have a beautiful master bedroom for rent with its own bath and shower and a huge closet for storage etc. the kitchen and laundry are available and I have Mediacom for TV. There is street parking in front of house and I am close to all shopping in Menifee and Sun City. One small dog would be ok but there would be 150 nonrefundable deposit for that as well as a 100 deposit which would be refundable only after 3 months of staying here.
