Immediate opening for a project manager assistant for multiple location medical spa wellness center. This position entails assisting project manager with developing and coordinating aesthetic and wellness programs at 2 (and eventually 4) medical spa wellness centers. This position requires individuals who are professional with excellent communication skills. Able to multitask work independant and self motivated. Creative and computer savvy. Job description includes Assisting with hiring medical and anxillary staff for all locations Assisting with developing and planning promotions community events and educational seminars Assisting and coordination with staff education at all locations Assisting and developing strategic marketing campaigns for both facilities Assisting with developing multiple wellness programs Resource person for employees reguarding policies and procedures Assisting with analyzing and maintaining successful campaigns Planning staff meetings with managers of each facility Assist with developing online charting systems for each facility Assist with developing customer service policies and programs and custoimer satisfaction tools. Monitor stats of marketing projects Assist with administrative operations. Assist with managing all marketing accounts. Assisting with maintaining compliance of marketing materials spa specials policies and procedures We are seeking someone who is excellent with taking initiative and able to stand in for senior project manager as necessary. Must be personable and a team player yet firm. Must be a fast learner and feel comfortable with making excecutive descisions in the absence of senior project manager owner or MD. Candidate must be able to travel between location on a weekly basis (Garden Grove and Newport Beach). We are looking for someone who can add and contribute to development of projects and NOT play a passive role (i.e. always waiting to be told what to do). Must be comfortable with giving instructions and communicating with physicians nurses and executive personnel. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours week ) with the potential for full time after 3 months. Having some insurance billing experience is a huge plus. Starting pay is non-negotiable and final.
