Silvermoon s Towing and Recovery Inc. is seeking qualified Wrecker Operators for our expanding Jacksonville operation with a hometown approach to our services. We give our customers quick response times and pay close attention to their needs. Always taking the extra step and going the extra mile to ensure our customers have a positive experience while in our care. We do municipal law enforcement towing private property towing and accept many motor clubs to assist our customers in receiving the best possible towing value. The candidate we are looking for will possess our core values and will help us expand in this challenging industry by being safe prompt knowledgeable and courteous to our customers. Silvermoon s Towing and Recovery Inc. is a drug free workplace and all employees are subject to random drug screening utilizing methods such as urine blood hair or breathalizer. Random drug screening and method is selected by the Executives of Silvermoon s Towing and Recovery Inc. and or third party. QUALIFICATIONS Must be clean cut respectful organized live and have knowledge of the Jacksonville area in which we operate. Must have some computer knowledge which includes but is not limited to the ability to check send and receive emails as well the ability to navigate through the various electronic resources including Company Policies and Procedures. 3 years verifiable experience handling light and medium duty towing. Certified through NATA Wreckmaster or TRAA preferrede but not required. If not certified must become become certified within 6 months of acceptance of any Offer of Employment. Must be willing to submit and pass a criminal background check with no incidents from the previous 7 years. Must be willing to submit and pass a pre-empoloyment drug screen. Must have a valid Florida Driving License with no more than 8 points within the last three years on your MVR. No Offer of Employment will be made until the Corporate Office is in redeipt of the above and has approved the potential candidate as hirable.
