Job SummaryComplete cleaning of disassembled parts and compressor bodies by using hot water pressure washing machine shot blast or by bead blasting. Stage parts for the next level of processing by placing parts in inventory.Basic operation of all oven blasting chemical and water cleaning operations including organization of parts into baskets or trays following procedures on time limits for dipping components into cleaning solvents loading unloading the bake oven loading unloading the steel bead blaster (Goff) and rinsing and etching to protect the surface of components. Use of overhead handling equipment Judge the cleanliness of each component with visual inspection and refine if necessary. Other duties as assigned. Personal QualificationsGood housekeeping and organizational skills to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Dependable with reliable transportation able to report to work on time every day. Works well independently or with others able to function effectively as part of a team. Be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Very teachable willing to learn and understand equipment operation along with company manufacturing procedures.
