www.gofundme.com Bring-Lilliana-Home I have been fighting the system since 2007 when an angry person who I had at the time thought was a friend had called child protective services on me saying I was not caring for my child and was doing drugs. They opened an investigation last lasted three years. That was three years my daughter was in four seperate foster homes where she was abused forgotten and alone that ended in 2009 when child protective services signed my daughter over to her biological father who had not been there for her the majority of the five years of her life even though everything that was said about me and my daughter was found and proven false. I was then told I had to wait a year before trying to get custody of her back even though I found out that unless a judge told us I didnt have custody that it wasn t valid. So after that day I worked it with her father to where I had her weekends and in the summer it let them have a relationship that every daughter should have with their father up untill he got married and had another child a few months ago. They now have a total of three kids that range from six months to nine years of age.After his marriage his new wife has gone so far as to through away things I have bought for my daughter or that my daughter has made for me. They slowly began to pull away and not answer me reaching out or letting me pick her up. I ask everyday. I have been lucky to see her two hours out of a month and never alone. I get no answer on the phone He doesnt allow her to call me and just recently on an evening I got to see her for her ninth birthday mid June she has lost a significant amount of weight her clothes did not fit her shoes were too small and had holes in the botton where they had been worn through. My little girl who was once the light of the room with smiles and joy had become a shy and quiet depressed child. She didnt look as if her hair had been washed her nails were covered with dirt and she had eaten as if she hadnt had a decent meal in weeks. She told me that they leave her home alone with the youngest child who is now just a few months old her grades in school are falling and she is a very smart girl. And lately her father doesnt even look healthy either. I dont know what does on in that house I dont even know where they live. Thye wont let her memorize the address because they fear she ll tell me from what she has said. She has told me that they barely let her eat and that she has no money on her lunch account for school either. At first when she went to live with him I was upset but then thought it could be worse at least shes with her dad and has a roof over her head and I know shes okay right. but now I fear the worst. My daughter is being neglected by her father and step mom and that is something that no child should have to go through and I wont allow mine to. I m asking for help to pay for one of the attornys who are willing to take my case to help save my daughter and get her back home where she belongs and will always been taken care of. I have done research and I am not the only one who was wrongfully accused and punished for false accusations by child protective services but what people do not realize is that in fact its the children who are suffering.
