Position Responsibilities Transports tables chairs and other event items to and from meeting event areas throughout property. Communicates with guests owners and meeting planners about details of events coordination of supplies and equipment and other functions. Maintains a clean and organized environment in meeting areas meeting storage areas and throughout property. Understands meeting set up sheets that describe function layouts times and other details. Other duties as assigned including assisting other departments as needed and assisting with beach house duties as needed. Position Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent additional experience. One or more years of experience in Guest Services.
