This position will assist with Maintenance needs at various Seldin properties throughout Omaha and Council Bluffs. The Maintenance Technician Floater Level 2 will assist with maintenance throughout the communities. This includes but is not limited to the following Handle resident service requests Perform preventive maintenance Painting Preparing vacant apartments for move in Janitorial duties Striving to make the community appearance at or above quality standards at all times including picking up trash cleaning buildings and amenities on an ongoing basis Experience or training in related fields of work beneficial Apartment Maintenance HVAC Certification (a plus) Vehicle and basic tools required.
