Outside Sales manager needed for one of ADT s oldest and most respected dealers. Advantage Security has been serving the Southeast since 1996. Join us in protecting homes and business s with the largest security company in the world ADT Sell Direct TV and alarm packages to homes and businesss. This is a recession proof business. Generous salary and commission package to exceed six-figure income. This position is for our Buford or Marietta offices. Candidate should have minimum 2 years proven sales management experience. Our manager s lead by example they are out in the field with their reps. Alarm or Direct TV experience not necessary. Field management of cable satellite pest control Kirby or lawn care is a good fit. You need Strong communication skills. Passionate positive and driven attitude Flexible Style (do whatever it takes approach) Be able to implement and administer lead programs Recruit and train new sales representatives. Train coach and motivate sales representatives to generate leads.
