Disabled ISO free stationary bike

I am a disabled 53 yr old who is having serious problems with my feet. i am in search of a stationary bike to keep in shape and to not gain any more weight. I have always worked out on a treadmill and can no longer do that. I live on disability and cannot afford to purchase one. I am located in Fredericksburg.
